Deer hunting property. Plain and simple. This place is moderately to heavily covered in Mesquite and native brush with a scattering of Cedar and Elms. There are five stock ponds on the property. Three of which hold water quite well.

On the east side, a small hunting cabin is close to the largest pond. It has two rooms, a covered porch, and another covered area for vehicles or ATVs. It is of frame construction, clad in metal, and features a pot-bellied stove. Rustic but an old style classic camp.

Situated in the northwest corner is approximately 4.5 acres fenced off for a food plot. A set of cattle working pens is next to the entrance of the property.
